   Proposal Description:
   I aim to classify the Alzheimer's disease using MRI data sets and make a comparison with modalities like PET and SPECT scans.   Classification of PET scan and SPECT scans has provided a baseline for early diagnosis. I will work to generalize the existing methods by implementing them using MRI. I need the MRI image data to implement it in WEKA. The features will be extracted based on regions of interests and a comparison will be made with those who do not have the disease. This classification results will be then used for comparison with other techniques and modalities used in recent researches.
